If you hope to be a good English teacher I suggest you: first you should be a good English student. In other words 你要给别人一桶水，你必须有十桶水。

Second you should know what your students hope to learn in different period.

Then you should make plan and goal in different period. The plan should not be too particularity as you need to change it with the situation of teaching. The goal should be made suitable both for you and your students.

Before you start teach you should know you cann’t to be the best teacher at the beginning,alrought you will be a better teacher later.

You are a good English teacher,because you are worried about not being a good one.I think the only way to be a good English teacher is to be kind to every one in your class.
(So funny.You teach English in China,and I teach Mandarine in Canada.^_^)

Learn more English,do not be mad at your students and do not give your students much homework!
