作为企业文化，应该考虑比较本质的东西，您说的细节是指工作上处理小事的方法（对待工作的细节），用detail不错，不过我想能否改用method更好点？境界是不是指企业在同行业中的地位，能否用status？未来的话无可厚非地应该用future。“彰显”和“成就”是汉语的说法，英语更注重名词，动词不在重要地位，用mean（意味）就可以了。所以我想您的企业文化是不是“方法决定地位，地位决定将来”的意思？method means status, status means future.
