Teachers in the Hope Primary Schools shoulder the responsibility of pushing forward the good quality of primary education in backward areas.Since the upgrading of the teaching quality of the Hope Primary Schools depends on the general quality of the teachers, Project Hope National Teacher’s Training Fund was established to improve this overall professional quality.

Standard of donation: There is no ceiling on the amount of this donation. If the total amount of the donation exceeds 1,000,000 yuan, then a special fund will be named after donor.

Use of Fund: A donation of 3,000 yuan would be used to assist a teacher to receive a 15-day training in the Project Hope Teacher Training Center based in Shanghai. The training courses include: primary education administration, Chinese teaching methodology at primary school, Mathematics teaching methodology at primary school, administrative management of primary schools, combined training of agriculture and technology education.
