打开任务管理器
结束掉EXPLORER.exe这个进程
然后再新建就可以了

EXPLORER.exe这个程序一般在C:\Windows这个文件夹里

这个问题是任务栏出错引起的。将下面的内容复制到记事本。另存为00.vbs
保存类型选择 所有文件。
好了以后双击执行这个文件。如果杀毒软件有警告的话，不用理会。执行后注销一下电脑即可。
