由于DOS操作系统的三大文件之一损坏引起的故障。对于这种DOS内核文件损坏引起的硬盘逻辑故障，排除故障的方法很简单：恢复DOS三个文件。用相同版本(或高版本)软盘启动后，键人：SYS C：后回车即可。

4)Shut down the PC after the memory count is displayed. 检测完内存后关机。

6)Access the System BIOS. 进入BIOS。
