This article introduced the exploration aiming at language designing and testing to update the teaching content and reform the teaching mode in the language programming courses constuction from sides of teachers, students and teaching content.It expatiated the close relation between language programming courses and software developing courses, and also the significance of raising students' interest to learn the language programming and that of the training the person with ability of software development.
