我的操作系统是win2000,为什么outlook express里登录密码不能保存,"记住密码"一项已经勾选了,但是每次打开软件收取邮件时都提示输入密码,在设置栏里输入密码并保存,下次打开软件仍然要重新输入,设置栏里密码框是空的,为什么不能保存?

1. Click START and go to RUN
2. Enter “Regedit” and click ENTER
3. Double-click “HKEY_CURRENT_USER”
4. Next you will double-click “SOFTWARE”
5. Find “MICROSOFT” and double-click on that also
6. Under “MICROSOFT” you will see a folder named “Protected Storage System Provider” single click on this folder and hit the “DELETE” key
7.Click “YES” when you are prompt to choose to delete the key and all the subkeys
8.Restart your computer
9.Open Outlook Express and enter in your password(s)
10.Close Outlook Express
11.Then you want to reopen Outlook Express… the password(s) will be remembered now
可能是你勾上了"使用安全密码验证登陆"吧!
你把"保存密码"下面的"使用安全密码验证登陆(S)"去掉--确定;
应该是OK的!

有可能是OUTLOOK本身有问题...你试试将原来的帐户删了,再重新建一下帐户..
