英文不咋滴，中文代替了哈。。。。。你问这个问题看来。你应该是刚参加工作的年轻老师吧。恩威并施是最好的。和学生打成一片的同时不能失去作为老师的尊严。这就是尺度问题了。你们不能熟到你发师威时学生认为你是例行公事或者格式化的老师作风。要是有一定年龄差距的话呢，肯定就是和蔼可亲列。。。最重要一点就是在你眼中不能存在优生与差生。主动给差生补习。体罚是大大的不要的。很伤尊严的。（本人有切生体会）
