这道题目选择C为什么呢？为什么不选择其他的呢？谢谢了

now表示句子是现在进行时,歌被听用被动时态.
listen是不及物动词后边要加to

c（句尾有now，用进行时，又因为歌是被听，所以用被动）

被动句
改为主动是：
We are listening to the song.
所以选项中的to要加上

listen 是不及物动词
