1、Thank you for your teaching and help all the time.

有中文英语的味道，可删去“teaching and ”,help改为 helps。

2、I really appreciate your working hard and you surely did a good job.

后半句改为：and you surely do a good job.

3.which is told by one of my friend
friend后面该加-s，即friends。

4、Any suggestion from you will be highly appreciated!
应为：Any suggestions

不对之处，请大家指出。

这是一个并列句，并不矛盾，也不用加逗号。

我觉得这位秀才指出的第2句本来就就有个很大的毛病。
主语是I，宾语是appreciate的对象，也就是说working hard and 后面应该是一致的。而那位同学却又加了一个句子--"you surely did a good job"从句型上讲我觉得有点问题~~~~~~~~~~可能在and前面加个逗号就好了吧~~~
