尝试更新BIOS
再不行
进安全模式
看来好像你是是进不了系统了，检查一下BIOS设置吧，拙见，不是英语高手
启动时按Delete键就可以进入了
启动按键del,进入setup,即cmos(bios)设置。
更新bios一般是到你的主扳厂家的网站上去下载。然后覆盖现有的bios.
一般是厂家提供bios升级软件，直接运行找到你下载的新的bios文件，然后更新。
也可以试试清空cmos(即把主板上的电池取下再安上去)，也许能解决这个问题。
如果发现启动时按delete无法进入BIOS设置界面，就换按F2吧。毕竟不是所有的主板都是按Delete进入的
