I think so, but I think in America college is busier then in China. It is said that in US/Western Countries High School is not very serious and a lot of parties and have a good time, but when they go to univeristy or college they are more serious. It is the opposite I think in China were High School students only study rarely have time to play, but then go to college and party much more.
