我想请教老大一个问题.我原来可以用的Norton Utilities2002 原来可以用的但是后来就不能用了,我就到添加/删除程序里面删掉它,因为它是一个英文版的所以可能删错了啊,后来重新启动机器时,就出现以下界面,请兄弟们给我说说这是什么原因啊.

原来出现这个问题后,重启计算机后通过自检(就像非正常关机)后,起动后,就能够进入,正常的登陆界面.不过后来我不知道怎么搞的,连安全模式都不能进了,这是什么原因呢?

在DOS下输入 CHKDSK/F 检查硬件并重启。
个人分析可能是操作错误造成的软件问题。如进不了安全模式就只能重装了
硬件错误，重装系统啊
补充：进入安全模式的方法：开机后在检测完硬件之前不断重复的按“F8”，就可以选择进入安全模式了。
