系统出错， 缺少文件， 在提示你呢，
可以是你上次非法关机或是不正当删除文件造成的，
98系统就是好坏， 建意你称此机会换系统吧，
那个缺少的文件从别人的机子上复制过来就行， 不过要放在system32里面
用超级兔子提取文件的方法在win98安装盘里提取CNSMINKP.VXD文件到系统文件夹下
或者在别人有win98的机子上拷贝改文件到相同的文件夹下面
1.运行SFC,从安装光盘提取CNSMINKP.VXD.
2.运行REGEDIT,查找CNSMINKP.VXD,删除即可.
