1.system often says "windows遇到问题" ,need to close this window,when i close the window.
2."xi tong huan yuan"(Chiness) can't be used.
3."shu ru fa " (chinese) can't be used,too.

i use windows xp professional sp2
i can't use "jing xiang"(chinese)
and Norton AntiVirus 2003 couldn't find any virus

这个问题不难解决，使用你的xp安装盘重装系统，注意：要用光盘启动安装，不要进入windows以后再安装，这样会出现修复安装的选项，你直接修复安装一下就能修好所有问题，也不用担心丢失个人信息的
