通读全刊，我比较感兴趣的还是食谱的那个小版块，我相信外国人看了一定会忍不住亲自下厨照着做的。而且菜名的翻译也很贴切，让人一目了然。中国饮食文化博大精深，也是对外宣传中国的一个窗口，但越传统的东西越是很难向外国人解释，贵刊能翻译的如此贴切，真是让人佩服，有机会一定要和贵刊的编辑交流交流。
