关机后,出现蓝色背景,显示如下:

我卸载了最近安装的软件,可是还是继续出现这种情况```请问如何解决?
我遇到过这种情况，大致是软件或硬件装配不当
我大概有几个方法
1 如果这种情况是第一次的话，重起电脑。
2 如果重起后问题继续，请检查最近是否装了新硬件、软件；并查看是否正确安装、电脑是否兼容。
不行只好重起后按F8在安全模式中使用电脑了。
3 如果进入WINDOWS后不能显示图标，而又急需使用程序，用任务管理器文件栏中“新任务”选项打开程序！
