高考问答黑暗面电影无删减版:用delphi 写一个client向server发送抓图的软件总是出错，请高手帮忙

其中许多地方我为了研究方便都弄成了手动，
delphi出错提示是：
project project1.exe raised exception class ESocketError with message 'Windows socket error:由于套接子没有连接并且（当使用一个sendto 调用发送数据报套接子时）没有提供地址，发送活结手数据请求没有别接受。（10057）。on api 'send''. process stopped. use step or run to continue.
请问怎么解决？我检查了好多遍认为写的代码都没问题 请帮帮我
这个程序是我在网上找的源代码改写的，代码一般都是server向client发送，我用的ServerSocket1和clientSocket1 该改的地方我都改了
