软件故障，勤快的话，先用杀毒软件查下毒，然后在开始菜单-运行输入‘MSCONFIG’在启动选项卡中打勾的都去掉，重启。再有问题hwsmsm@gmail.com联系。
呵呵，你是不是刚装了个软件或硬件？？？卸载或拔去！
我曾遇到过，我先卸载那软件并磁盘碎片整理后又重新安装的，问题解决。
建议你还原
你是不是装了什么驱动了? 要是BIOS没有办法兼容你所装的驱动,那么整个BIOS系统都会瘫痪的.
试一下把关机把主机的小电池拿下来放电,再装进去,然后开机时看能不能进入安全模式,要是可以的话就把所装的驱动卸载了吧!然后重启!
如果不是的话只能做一件我们这些菜鸟常做的事--重装系统!
