1.选C而不选D. take action(采取行动)中的action是不可数名词,而take measures(采取措施)中的measure是可数名词.这道题如果把measure改成measures就可以选了.
2.receive和accept都有收到的意思,但receive是强调客观上收到,而并一定接受,而accept是指主观上接受,是自愿的.所以这道题用accept,"他总是愿意接受挑战"
3. consider表示"考虑"时,是用consider doing sth.
当consider表示"认为"时,可以用consider sb. to do/to be, 我们常用被动语态be considered to do/to be 被认为做了某事/被认为是...
e.g. He was considered to be one of the best writers in the country.
1、如果用measure，应该用复数形式（加s），而action则是泛指行为、行动、举措
2、except是接受（主观），receive是收到（客观）
3、consider作"认为；以为"时解，后面除接宾语从句外，也可接复合宾语(宾语和宾语补足语)。宾语补足语可以是名词、形容词、动词不定式或介词短语,例如：
Everyone considered him to have broken the window.大家都认为是他打破的窗户。
1,action表示“采取的措施”；
2，except是接受（主观），此句中表明他是自愿接受挑战的；而receive 收到，是客观接受的意思；
3，此句为被动语态，表别人对他的看法，所以用“is considered to lack ”
