宁海县强蛟镇:紧急求助，大侠请进

今天开机时，电脑上出现了一个框框，说是什么windows系统好像说是删了什么东东，需要修复吧（差不多是这个意思吧）我就没在意，按了取消。
下午关机时，就出现了这样一大页的英文，英文页面如下：

偶又看不懂，又关不了机，于是我按了POWER强行关机了。
记得以前也出现过一次这样的现象，我也是强行关了机，第二天，再关机时，还是关不了机，按了POWER也关不了，于是我就拔了电源，再开机发现没什么问题，于是没有在意。
高手请解答那些英文是什么意思啊？到底是什么问题呢？我该如何做呢？谢谢
