〔摘要〕 目的 观察奥扎格雷钠与低分子肝素联合治疗进展性脑梗死的疗效及安全性。方法 128例急性进展性脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组与对照组，其中治疗组66例，对照组62例。对照组采用丹参注射剂20ml /d、尼莫地平及肠溶阿斯匹林等治疗，治疗组在上述治疗基础上加用奥扎格雷钠160mg/d 静脉滴注，连用10天，低分子肝素钙5000u 腹壁皮下注射，2次/d ，连用7天。治疗前及治疗后1周对两组患者的血小板计数、APTT、 PT、 f g进行测定， 治疗前及治疗后第3天、7天、14天进行临床神经功能缺损程度评分（NDS）。结果 治疗组临床显效率（89.6%）明显优于对照组（50.2%）（p＜ 0.01）；血小板计数、PT 、 APTT、fg均在正常范围内；两组均无明显的不良反应。结论 奥扎格雷与低分子肝素联合治疗进展性脑梗死安全有效。

摘要 目的 评价早期康复治疗对急性脑梗死患者瘫痪肢体功能恢复及日常生活活动能力的影响。 方法 选择急性脑梗死患者86例，随机分为康复治疗组和对照组，康复组在药物治疗的基础上进行早期康复治疗，对照组为单纯药物治疗，分别于治疗前1天、治疗后28天各进行神经功能缺损评分（NDS）和日常生活活动能力（ADL）评定。 结果 经康复治疗后康复组神经功能缺损评分（NDS）、 MBI指数明显优于对照组（P＜ 0.01）。 结论 `早期进行康复治疗能明显改善急性脑梗死患者的日常生活活动能力。
