我来补充一点：to后面在某些固定搭配下也可以跟其他形式，不一定就是原形。例如be used to doing sth，现在习惯于做某事。而for后面一般跟地点、人，跟动词的时候应该要用动词的进行时态，for后面一般跟的是句子的宾语成分。
to后面加的是动词原形或加地点；而 for是表示目的，后面也可以加人。
