高考问答iphone倒计时软件:电脑自动关机后出现。。。。。。

这就几天不知道是怎么回事电脑有时候总是自动关机，然后出现蓝屏以及下面的字:

if this is the first time youve seen this stop error screen,restart your computer.if this screen appears again,follow thesesteps:
check to be sure you have adeguaet
disk space.If a driver is ident ified in the stop message,disable the driver of check wieh the manufacturer for driver updates.Try changing video adapters.
check with your hardware Vendor forany BIOSupdates.Disable BIOSmemory options such as caching or shadowing.If you need to use Safe Mode to remove or disable components,restart your computer,press F8 to select Advanced startup options,and then select safe Mode.

用的是Hp的电脑吗？？我也遇见过，没关系的，系统错误，意思是说电脑遇到问题要关闭，可能是硬盘空间不足，需要更新驱动，升级bios等，是一种提醒吧，重起后没问题就别管拉。
重装系统就好了
