高考问答怪物猎人x同系统倍化腰:BT为什么下载不了了

我的电脑是用的东莞电信2M宽带，系统XP-SP2，CPU闪龙2500+，内存512，可最近BT无法下载。每次都出现下面问题。

卸载了重装吧，我也没有好的办法
