摘要：德育是整个教育的灵魂，中小校德育是构建德育大厦的基础，也是学校一切工作的生命线。中小学德育在整个教育体系中的地位举足轻重。然而，我国中小学德育的现状时不容乐观的：德育目标理想化；德育方法中灌输，轻引导；德育实践模式化，形式化：德育成人化，教条化等，这些问题都困扰着我国的中小学德育。究其原因，不外乎两个方面：一是与学生的生活现实相脱离；一是德育目标错位，“倒挂”现象严重。从这两个方面出发，借鉴美国、韩国、德国的德育特色，我们认为我国的中小德育的新方向应是：回归生活，回归基础。我们力图遵循这个方向，探寻我国中小学德育的出路，以期对德育实践有一定的指导。
