用的XP系统吗.如果是可以恢复原来的声卡驱动.
设备管理器>>>>声卡>>>属性>>>驱动程序>>返回驱动程序就可以了.楼上的方法是很有效的声卡ID查寻方法
点开始---运行，输入dxdiag，点声音就可以看到声卡型号了
