20 years old, Chongqing Institute of Business Administration graduate majored in tourism and travel. worked as a coop student customer service representative for one year in China Netcom . Through the constant interactions with customers, i have acquired excellent communication skills, and strenghtened my perseverance and courage. I had to later leave the company due to special reasons. My weaknesses are my carelessness and the lack of attentions to details, and my strengths are my strong will for success and my generosity and tolerance towards others.
