好像说搜索不到光驱还是什么的？

安装这个并不需要什么光驱才对，可打开vmware后并运行所要安装vmware tools的系统后，在上面的导航或是该界面中右键应该都有vmware toolsr的安装，再安装一下一般就行了
vmware tools是安装到虚拟机中的，不知道你是不是安错地了
