1, 你文中的“复杂化”应该是complicated形容词，而不应该翻译成complication，中英语言差别要注意。
2, 正规的“酒店”一词舒在下无能，你自己再核实用哪个好。
3, 自己指的不是“my”,我用private,也可以用personal等。
4, “也还有它的实用价值”是有汉语语病的，前面是完成某件事，后面变成这个东西的本身了。我在英文中已经矫正！
5, “各项功能应页面简洁明了”有严重语病，根据我的理解作了修改

Ever increasing the development of society, drinkshop management becomes more and more complicated and in great need of scientific adjustment. To complete a feasible management system could not only confirm private knowledge learnt at general time, but also show its practicality. It shows its advantage better based on JAVA platform. Additionally, all the functions should be provided with concise webpage, straightforward and clear flow, less training of the waiters for manipulation.
