那个东西叫做eWebEditor,你去搜索一下，很多地方都有下载的，具体用法是：（摘自里面的说明）

content1：关联的表单ID
coolblue：编辑器样式名称
_example/myeditorarea.css：编辑器外联样式表路径（相对于编辑器的路径或者绝对路径）
Maxlen：PopUp环境中允许返回的字符串长度
