銮怎么读音是什么:电脑蓝屏,急!!

电脑未进入桌面之前就出现蓝屏,出现以下提示:
A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your comprter .
DRIVER-IRQL-NOT-LESS-OR-EQUAL
If this is the first time you've seen this stop error scree,restart your computer;If this screen appears again,follow these steps;
check to make sure any new hardwave or sfotwave is properly installed.If this is a new installation,ask your hardwave or softwave manufacturer for any windowss updates you might need.
If problems contenue, disable or remove any newly installed hardwave or saftwave . Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing .If you need to usr safe Mode to remove or disable components ,restart your computer ,press F8to select safe Mode options,and then select safe Mode .

以上是出现在屏幕的文字，我没有新安装什么硬件，把主板上的电池拆下来再装上后也一样出现蓝屏，也曾重新拆下内存条再装上，但没有试换过另一条内存条。有哪位大哥大姐能帮忙一下，最可能是什么原因，怎样才能搞好！
