乙方授予甲方的软件使用许可,仅限于版本号为1.X.X及其对应的小版本升级软件；若乙方进行针对版本号为1.X的大版本升级，且甲方认为有必要对被授权使用软件进行相应升级，则产生费用由甲乙双方协商后，另行签订合同，本合同同时有效。

the permission of use that party b granted party a is exlusively limited to the updated software of the version1XX and its corresponding subversion ; if the party b updates the version 1x, and the party a regards it neccessary to make corresponding updating to the software whose use has been authorized before, the two parties must consult each other concerning the cost and make anther contact.
the party b must make sure its authoritation valid within the period agreed upon in the contact and the program can generally work in the way it's expected. the sole duty that party b is bounded by this contact is to correct or replace any program found doesn't work properly
