课余体育活动是学校体育活动的重要组成部分，它对培养学生的体育意识、兴趣、能力、习惯、促进学生身心健康发展充实大学生课余生活有重要作用。本文运用问卷调查、文献资料等方法对聊城大学非体育专业女大学生课余体育现状进行全面调查和分析，就聊城大学女大学生开展课余体育活动情况进行研究，提出聊城大学女大学生课余体育活动存在的问题及建议。结果表明：聊城大学有90%的学生参加了课余体育活动，但大学女生相对于男生来说，对课余体育锻炼的态度不够积极，课余体育活动的时间、次数不足；健美操项目在女生课余体育活动中占有相当比例，网球项目在大学生课余体育活动中占有的比例呈上升趋势；锻炼价值取向呈多元化特点；缺少适宜项目、缺少运动场所和器材、学习负担重是影响女生参加课余体育锻炼的主要原因。
