百、千、百万、十亿等数量词都不是用复数的，所以选A
不过用在词组hundreds of;thousands of 时，要用复数，加数字时要写单数
8 billion 不可数名词
例如：
The dictator and his cronies had milked their country of somewhere between$5 billion and$10 billion(Russell Watson)

10,000 = ten thousand 一万
100,000 = one hundred thousand 十万
