会计诚信与职业道德建设
会计职业道德，是会计行为的准则和规范，是会计诚信的保证和约束；诚信就是诚实守信，讲道德，不虚伪，不做假。然而，从国外的安然、世通事件，到国内的郑百文、银广厦事件等一系列会计舞弊案的发生，无不令人发问会计职业道德与诚信何在？经济社会生活中产生此类职业道德泯灭、职业诚信缺失问题，原因是多方面的。本文就存在的问题及原因和解决问题的对策，谈点个人看法，以供探讨。

The behavior and trustworthiness of the accounting profession are bound and guaranteed by the profession's ethics; trustworthiness being honesty, morality, truthfulness, and reliability. However, from the fraudulent accounting activities taking place in the Enron, Worldcom incidents overseas to the 郑百文、银广厦 incidents locally, poeple will undoubtedly question the ethics and trustworthiness of the profession. There are many reason for such erosions of ethics and trustworthiness in the profession happening in the business world. My personal views on the matter are brought up for discussion purposes in this article on the reasons and strategies for the problems.
