摘要：本文以民营企业经营者激励有效性问题为研究对象。论文首先对激励有效性问题从人的能动性，经济学的边际递减率以及投入产出三方面进行含义的界定。接着，论文对民营企业经营者激励无效的表现进行呈现，通过分析民营企业经营者激励有效性影响因素，揭示出造成这种无效表现的原因所在。在此基础之上，通过问卷调查的方法得出民营企业经营者的需求特点，针对这种需求特点，构建了民营企业经营者的有效激励模型。在这个模型中， 主要分为三个阶段：通过民营企业经营者需求特点决定具体的激励措施；激励方法的实施，通过对激励有效性的比较对所用方法进行反馈。本文对民营企业经营者有效激励问题进行了系统详细地研究，以期为我国民营企业经营者激励提供决策依据和实施指导。
