我过去一年在北京一家网络公司工作，内容是社区产品管理，但教书一直都是我的兴趣所在。
我03年至04年曾在XX教过一年的外语，对象是成人和中学生。课程是《新概念一》和《语音》，曾带过4期中学生，两期成人，还有一次语音课程。我对教书很感兴趣，而且具有一些经验。在讲课中我很重视跟学生之间的互动，因为新概念一的课文都是以对话的形式出现的，所以课堂上我会经常要求学生上台进行对话表演，演讲比赛，以及各种游戏。
这门课强调的是听说能力，所以听录音以及朗读和默写是很重要的环节。我尽力使得学生每篇课文都会背诵，而且会做一些测验。还有一个方法就是让学生自己讲课，这样可以极大提高学生的主动性。对于新概念初级课程我的观点是，树立对英语的兴趣和信心比学习知识更加重要。我通常会把学生们分成两组进行竞赛，分数与课堂上每组同学回答问题的正确率，积极性，以及作业情况有关，获胜的组将会获得奖品。这样不仅提高了他们的积极性，也可以锻炼团队意识。
总之，在讲课中，背诵和听力是关键，学生表演是重要方法。
我是一个很开朗的人，平时最喜欢踢球，很高兴能参加面试，也很希望能在回来教书，我想我会表现的很出色！

I have been working in an internet company as a community product manager, but teaching has always been my favourite.
I was a foreign language teacher for adults and secondary students from 2003 to 2004. The courses were 《新概念一》and《语音》, four term of secondary students and two terms of adults, and an oral session. i am very interested in teaching and i have a bit of experience as well. During the lesson, I make sure that i had enough interactive activities with my students as the passages from the textbooks usually comes out in a dialogue, so i asked the students to go on stage and perform a dialogue, a speech or other games.
As the lesson emphasises on listening skills, so listening to audio speeches, reading and reciting are very important areas. I tried my best to ensure that my students could remember the passages by heart, and conducted tests on that. Another way is too let students conduct their own lessons. this will spark off their passion for learning, as well as teamwork.In my opinion, I think building the student's confidence and interests are even more important than teaching.
Overall, when conducting my lesson, reciting and listening are most important, while letting students get involved in the lesson is an important way of teaching.
I am an extrovert and loves football. I am very happy to come for the interview, and hope i will comeback to teach. I think i will do a marvellous job!
