Abstract
With the rapid development of computer technology and the popularization of computer usage in enterprise management, it is inevitable that enterprise personnel management has to be done with computers. This single-user personnel management system is integrated with the personnel management policies, through practical needs analysis. The development language is the powerful Visual Basic6.0.
The entire system was developed based on the requirements of simple to operate, user friendly interface, flexible, practical, and security.
The system can complete all functions within personnel management including the establish of a new record when new employee is hired, the modification of an existing record when an employee is transferred, moved between departments. The system also supports information inquiry, statistics calculation, record addition, record modification, and other operations. The system has proven to meet company personnel management needs from its real life applications.
