Method:
To clean surface of U.V. coated unit box with a soft clean cloth or Kleenex.
One end of a length of 3/4” wide scotch tape (#810) shall be pressed firmly over a tested area of 1 1/2” X 1 1/2” at the right hand, top corner of the front surface of the unit box.
Pull the other end of tape quickly, straight up, perpendicular to the surface.
Criteria:
No single layer of U.V. coating shall be allowed to lift off from the unit box’s surface. It shall be considered acceptable if the coating was peel off together with the base of unit box.
