操作方法：Method Of Operation
1. 接通充电器输入电源（5VDC-12VDC），此时充电器会红绿交替闪烁一次然后熄灭，表示电源已接通。
Plug the charger into the outlet (5VDC-12VDC), the lights on the charger will blink once (1 time in red, 1 time in green). This indicates that the unit is plugged in.

2. 将需要充电的AA或AAA充电电池，任意组合装入充电器内同时将开关达到battery charge档，此时与电池相对应的通道自动启动充电，并且与电池相对应通道的指示灯红灯亮，当装入电池，有红灯闪烁，说明对应通道的电池不是可充电电池或是坏电池，请将电池取出，当装入电池几分钟后绿灯亮，说明对应通道的电池为满电池，充电器正以小电流充电.
2. Put batteries(AA or AAA in any combination) that need to be charged into the charger. Switch the charger to "BATTERY CHARGE" setting, the channels corresponding to the batteries will automatically start charging, and the corresponding red light will light up. When the battery is in the unit, if you see blinking red lights, that means the battery in that slot is bad or can not be charged. Please remove the battery. If you see green light a few minutes after the unit is plugged in, it means the battery is fully charged and is being charged on low electric current.

3. 当电池充满电后会自动进行涓流充电，红灯转为绿灯。
When the battery is fully charged, a tiny stream of electric current will automatically applied to the battery, and the red light will turn into green light.

4. 当需要电池给外部供电则必须现装入四粒电池将开关档打到battery supply档，此时四盏指示灯应闪绿灯（否则，则表示有电池不能放电）。
When you need to use the batteries as power supply, set four batteries into the unit and switch the unit to "BATTERY SUPPLY". Now the four lights should light up in green (otherwise, it means one or more of the batteries could not be discharged.)

5. 放电中，如灯灭则表示电池已空，请卸载，将电池取出。
During the discharge, if the lights go off, this indicates the batteries are drained, please remove the batteries from the unit.

6.可放入一次性电池进行放电供其它电器使用（但不可对一次充电池充电）
May use galvanic batteries as power supplies for other electronic units (DO NOT charge galvanic!)

AA either AAA cell that need to be charged shall be cased inner the charger according to discretionary combination , set switch to Battery Charge's unit, then automatically start channel that is corresponding with the cell and begin to charge, indication lamp of that channel twinkle red ; when the cell shall be cased inner charger and red lamp twinkle, means that the cell is not recharged cell or bad cell and take out the cell, green lamp twinkle after the cell shall be cased inner charger for some minutes , means the cell of corresponding channel is full charge, the cell is charging with the little electric current.

To automatically charge at a tiny stream current after the cell shall be charged fully, the red light turn into the green light.

Firstly set four cells when the cell discharge to the exterior load and discharge, set switch to Battery Charge's unit，then four indication lamps ought to shine green ( If not , the cell shall be not discharge.)

During the discharging , extinguished lamp means that the cell capacitance is emptied ,take the load down and brings out the cell.

6.可放入一次性电池进行放电供其它电器使用（但不可对一次充电池充电）

May discharge to else electrical equipment with the galvanic cell (Do not charge to the galvanic cell).
