在包装设计中,通常需要用到许多常见的自然景物和材质,例如变幻莫测的云彩、雄浑壮阔的山脉、回转曲折的海岸线、不断分叉的树枝、各种图案的木纹及大理石等,以增加包装装演图形的逼真性和空间效果。而这些自然景物的形状似乎是毫无规则的,如果采用传统的欧儿里得儿何来完成这些物体的儿何造型,生成的图形就会显得生硬,失去视觉上的真实感。为此,便需要寻找一种有效的生成函数,根据一些反映物体儿何特征的参数,生成模拟景物所需要的儿何数据。本文结合包装装演图形的特点,提出采用分形儿何的方法来绘制自然景物图形。首先,根据模拟对象的不同特点,利用分形几何理论建立它们各白的几何模型:然后,依据分形插值理论设计相应的算法,得到模拟对象的儿何数据,绘制出平面图形;最后,为了得到较好的视觉效果,我们利用OpenGL的图形处理及渲染功能对生成的图形进行色彩、光照、纹理等方面的处理,从而得到具有真实感的三维自然景物模拟分形图形,以满足包装设计者的需求。
