摘要
输电杆塔接地电阻对于提高线路耐雷水平,降低雷击跳闸率具有重要意义。准确、快速、方便地测量出接地电阻值是检验接地体合格与否并提出相应整改方案的重要途径与手段。所以,研究出一种方便准确的杆塔接地电阻的测量方法及仪器显得尤为必要。
本文首先对目前国内外常用的输电杆塔接地电阻测量方法及仪器给予了详细的介绍,并就它们各自存在的优缺点进行了详细的分析。
在论文的第二章中,根据杆塔接地体的特点,在分析了接地体的电路性质之后,提出了一种新的接地电阻测量模型及其测量方法,并给出了接地电阻值的具体算法。该方法不需要解开杆塔接地引下线即可进行接地电阻测量,解决了现有测量方法中所存在的最大弊端。
在论文的第三章,利用电力仿真软件(PSCAD)对测量模型进行了分析,在改变模型中相关参数之后,得到了大量的测量数据。最后,通过对数据的分析,给出了影响测量准确的几个重要因素。提出了误差修正的方法,修正后的结果表明方法具有合理性。
文章的最后部分对仪器的硬件构成给予了介绍,对于提供测量电源的信号注入探头和测量用的电流钳表重点进行了分析。

Abstract

The ground resistance of transmission line tower has important significance in improvement of the lightning withstand level of transmission lines and reduction of the lightning trip-out rate. Determination of ground resistance accurately、speedily, and conveniently is an important approach and method to inspect the eligibility of grounding bodies and put forward the relative modification plans. Thus, it is specially important to study out a method and instrument to determine the ground resistance of transmission line tower. This paper firstly introduced in details on the methods and instruments for determination of the ground resistance of transmission line tower used be China and foreign countries,then analyzed their advantages and disadvantages in details. In the second chapter of this paper, the author put forward a new measuring mode and practical calculation method for determination of the ground resistance of transmission line tower based on the characters of the ground bodies of transmission line tower after analysis of the properties of ground body. This method can determine the ground resistance without undoing the down-conductor system of the transmission line tower, and solved the most malpractice presented in current methods. In the third chapter of this paper, the author analyzed the determining mode with PSCAD software, and gained plenty of data after modification of relative parameters in the model. Finally, the author suggested several important factors affecting the accuracy of determination through analysis of data and put forward the method for error amendatory, the result showed that the method was rational.
In the final chapter of the paper, the author introduced the hardware of the instrument, and analyzed the signal injection probe of the power supply and the current clamp for determination.
