摘要：散手也叫散打，古时称之为相搏、手搏、技击等。简而言之就是两人徒手面对面地打斗。散打是中国武术的一个主要表现形式，以踢、打、摔、拿四大技法为主要进攻手段。另外，还有防守、步法等技术。散打具有很大的攻防作用，有攻必有防，攻防是一对矛盾体。具有良好的身体素质是优秀运动员的基础，身体素质则是指，力量素质、耐力素质、速度素质、灵敏素质与心理素质等等。
