I tell you a good message.(可以换成I have a good news,楼住的句子没错,但不是习惯用法.) I will move in a new house at soon.(把AT去掉) You know my today house is about 50 square meters.(My today house有误,可以换成The house I'm living is about 50 square meters.) However my new house is it’s triple at least!(However,the new house will be 3 times bigger than the older one at least! ) It’s a big three-room apartment.(可以考虑把Three-room换成Three bedrooms,较符合外国人的习惯) My family is only three people. It’s big enough. (There are only three people in my family, so it's big enough.)

Let me introduce the new house. Firstly let me talk about indoor part.(let me和第一句有重复的感觉,建议整句可以改为 We could talk about the indoor part firstly.) There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms and a big dinning room and a chicken.(and太多,英语句子中可以用逗号隔开,最后两样东西用and相连就好了所以可以改为There are three bedrooms,two bathrooms,a big dinning room and a kitchen厨房打错了?) Two of bedrooms are quite a reasonable size, but the other one is rather small.(头半句建议用HAVE,Two of the bedrooms have reasonable size,but the another one is quite small.) We are going to make into a study. But I have no time to get around to it.(鉴于之前那句用了BUT,这句可以用however) Secondly let me talk about outdoor part. Outdoor view is beautiful. Next to the door is a big garden.(There is a big garden next to the door.) Not only we grow a lot glasses and flowers. But also we set up several easy appliances that we often use it exercise. (We planted lots of grass and flowers over the garden,besides we are equiped some machine weights, and doing some exercise oftentimes.Glasses似乎应该为Grass(草),而且不可数.)

Finally we make a lot of decoration in indoor part. The whole house made people fell excellent. (第一句的in indoor part让人感觉有点儿罗嗦,Finnally, we have made a lot of decoration over the house, which provides a excellent and comforteble feeling to people.)
Haw-haw, summer vacation is coming before long.(before long没有错,不过也可以考虑coming后头什么都不加,不过无所谓) I wish you will come here.(will可以换成could,比如I wish you could have a visit.) You can live with me.(或者,you can stay with us.). We believe we must have a good time for this summer vacation! (主语WE指谁?因为之前用的都是I,所以这里用WE的话感觉有点儿指代不清,可以换成I believe或者 my parents and I believe, must可以换成副词比如we will have a good time for this summer holiday definitely,或者we certainly will have a good time for this summer holiday)

Two of the bedrooms are of quite reasonable size, but the other one is rather small, so we are going to make it into a study, though I have no time to get around to it. Secondly, let me talk about the outdoor part. The outdoor view is beautiful. Next to the door there is a big garden. Not only do we grow a lot glasses and flowers, we also set up several easy appliances(exercise equipment?) we often use for exercise.
Finally we made a lot of decorations indoors. The whole house made people feel very pleasant.
