网站的基本功能为用户提供新闻阅读，新闻检索，新闻存取，论坛交互等服务，为读者提供收集阅读信息的服务等功能。共分为五个部分，包括新闻头条，论坛，服务信息，联系本站，文娱经济等。这五部分分别从五个方面向读者展示了华商晨报网络报纸这个网站。
With the development of the Internet information technology, the ways of the information transportation are changing as well. Nowadays, as the speed of information transportation is accelerating, finding a fast and effective way of receiving and collecting information becomes people’s concern and the point where the keys is lying on. So the E- newspaper surely becomes the tendency of the society.
The purpose to design and establish the Chinese business morning view Internet edition is to satisfy the need of receiving and collecting information of the users and to exchange information. The website completes most of its functions mainly by using producing software, such as Dream weaver，Flash，Firework etc., and Web platform combined with Access data base technology and ASP technology.
The basic function of the website is providing the users services such as news reading, news searching, news keeping, BBS and reading data collecting etc.. It comprises of five parts: the headlines, BBS, service information, contact us, and entertainment & economic(文章这里自己逻辑不清，分类混乱).
