中国行政改革对新公共管理思想的借鉴和批判
摘 要：始于20世纪80年代的行政改革浪潮催生了旨在改变政府行为范式的新公共管理理论，成为西方众多行政改革理论中的一种。为了考察新公共管理对于当代中国行政改革的意义，本文首先介绍分析了新公共管理理论及实践，然后分析了新公共管理的可行性及我国目前改革面临的一些问题，最后结合我国的实际情况从正反两方面讨论了其对我国行政改革的意义。
