可能是注册表的问题，从而导致cpu中断运行不成功，或者是软件冲突，cpu一段时间进入安全模式，此时硬盘显示灯不闪，但是打开管理器，cpu利用率常常是100%，若硬盘显示灯闪烁，则有可能是由于垃圾文件太多，导致内存不够，或是中了蠕虫病毒，建议你把有用的文件整理到一个硬盘空间（非c盘），在c盘中重新安装系统，要格式化，之后将剩下的分区全部格式化，应该可以解决问题，如果还不行的话，建议你用优化大师清理修复，若还是慢，那就只好将你所有文件一无保留重新格式化，因为问题可能在你要保留的文件里，我说的这些，希望能对你有帮助。以上方法，一定有一个有用！
