面对黑龙江省农产品出口中存在的问题，本论文共分四部分进行了论述，首先从黑龙江省农产品生产及出口贸易的概况出发，通过对黑龙江省主要农产品出口中存在的突出问题和黑龙江省农产品出口的国际竞争力的分析，针对黑龙江省特殊的地域优势和自资源优势，最后提出了适合提升黑龙江省农产品贸易国际竞争力，扩大出口的具体建议和可行对策。
