其他时候像different reasons就加s？

这里some=certain某一个,所以不加s.如:some day in the future 未来的某一天

因为这个some reason是说得某种原因 所以不用复数

some不一定就是说有些，可以只某样（eg：Some one is waiting for you in the corner．）
some可以虚指
